"I couldn't be happier with Joe and his crew.  From first contact and the time we met to get an estimate I could tell right off the bat he knew exactly what he was talking about, and was very professional about everything.  I met with 2 other contractors, and even though Home Facelifters wasn't the cheapest, I knew that they would get the job done right and on time.  They dealt with all of the city inspectors and dealt with pulling all the permits, they helped me pick out many of the different items for the house like the cabinets, counters, appliances, flooring, and even colors for the walls.  There were some things that I thought I wanted a certain way but Joe was always willing to try and explain why another way might be better, which I do appreciate.  The payment process was very simple, we did go over our original estimate, but he had told me upfront there was a chance we would find things behind the walls that we couldn't predict, and I was prepared to possibly go over by a certain amount so that wasn't a problem.  The work was done very quickly, and the quality of everything is great.  I will definitely be using Joe and his crew on future projects of mine.

"We recently had a complete roof replacement. Before proceeding, we did comprehensive research of area companies and Vista came out on top, with good reason! All appointments were not only on time but were extremely punctual. We met first with Product Specialist Holly, who was enthusiastic, very knowledgeable and helpful. "Brian came by to do an estimate on my roof.  He was real quick and didn't really care about explanations and showing me things. He quickly snapped a few photos of the inside of my attic roof, and had a book full of things. I asked if he'd like to sit in the dining room to show me these, and he was like "nah, it'll be quick". Did his speech and left. I inquired about a few other things and overall the experience was okay. I deduct points as I never heard from the guy again, so I went with a different roofer for my project.
It's odd that I never heard from them, because they called me every day for months, even after I told them I didn't own the house yet as they got my information from something I filled out when getting a mortgage. Nearly everyday they called... I got harassed constantly, then once I finally was looking to get work done, I never heard anything.
About 45 days later I got a call from someone who said he was the owner and wanted to come out and give me a discount off the quote I originally received. I never called back. 
They had a decent price compared to some of the other quotes I received, and would possibly consider calling them again when I get some windows replaced.
