As it turns out, we did not have a problem after all and the pile of debris we were seeing was caused by a gap in the foundation and fine silt coming in rather than actual ant or termite debris. Jake thoroughly explained what we would have seen if we did have a problem and what ant and termite debris looked like. He then continued to inspect other areas just to be sure. All was well and he did not try a sales pitch for anything further. We respected him even more for this. The inspection was free of charge. "The owner Rob LaPierre called me and said he could come between 1-2pm the same day (Thrs. 8/4). The others (who are still calling) couldn't come same day. When you have a dead animal in your yard, live in a partially wooded area with other wild animals, and it's 95 degrees out, you can't wait. Rob arrived just as promised, was courteous, professional and friendly. Well worth the $125 for the service. He does pest control also; bugs, rodents and bats. I will absolutely use him again and recommend him highly."
