FANTASTIC! After having TWO no shows from other contractors, I was lucky enough to reach out to Tom He was fast, neat, and gave a great price. I enthusiastically recommend Tom and his crew for vent cleaning.
Description of Work: My dryer vent was almost completely clogged, but Tom took care of it, and did a GREAT job! Because of code, the flimsy aluminum foil vent pipe had to be replaced, thus the cost was higher than for a typical cleaning. Still, very reasonable!

Showed up promptly at 8:30am, looked at the setup explained some options that we agreed too and he went to work. He began with the dryer, removed the back and began too clean the lint that was everywhere and replaced the back. Next he removed all of the cheap flexible vent that came from Home Depot and began to replace it with solid 6 inch vent pipe taping the joints with Aluminum Tape too prevent leaking and joined the solid pipe together with a heavy duty 6 inch Flexible Aluminum pipe. Finally, he replaced the exterior plastic 3 louvered exhaust with a steel vent that when closed was air tight. Cleaned up everything packed up and on his way

Tom was excellent. He reached out to me quickly about the questions I had for my dryer vent cleaning while other companies didn’t even respond . He got me on the schedule quickly and got the work done very professionally and was reasonably priced. I was also able to get on an annual program with the company so I don’t need to remember to call again next year. Highly recommend!!

This business checks all the boxes. Tom was our technician and he was right on time, professional, knowledgeable, honest and efficient. He was easily reachable prior to our appointment as we exchanged multiple messages. The day of the appointment, Tom was on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Our vent now flows at a much higher rate, fixing the problem we were having. Tom even provided video and photos of the work completed and potential for other things to consider in the future. I would recommend using AllStar Clean Pros and will be using this company's services again in the future.
