"Ron and his crew were a godsend. I had been looking for a long time and was contacted thru Angi by R.N. Construction Co. Ron is a man of action and wasted no time in coming to my house to see the project that I needed done on my half bath with new laundry capability and also tiling my kitchen floor. The crew he has is very skilled and took on tasks with gusto. They were very flexible as no job isn't without needing to make adjustments. They went with the flow and the end product was excellent. "Rod has been straightforward in estimates of building a basement bathroom.. remodeling a bedroom.. and creating storage areas. His recommendations of placement of a sliding barn door gave us an attractive and space saving addition to our remodeling. He has been straightforward and honest from the day he gave us an estimate to returning to do the ?little extras? after a beautiful basement remodeling was completed. His prices were always up front and consistent. He is a man of integrity and went the extra mile in securing appliances we desired as well as adding creative suggestions. His carpentry work is exactly what we searched for. When we had a need for a more meticulous cleanup Rod took responsibility and brought in an exceptional cleaner. "I couldn't be happier with Joe and his crew. From first contact and the time we met to get an estimate I could tell right off the bat he knew exactly what he was talking about, and was very professional about everything. I met with 2 other contractors, and even though Home Facelifters wasn't the cheapest, I knew that they would get the job done right and on time. They dealt with all of the city inspectors and dealt with pulling all the permits, they helped me pick out many of the different items for the house like the cabinets, counters, appliances, flooring, and even colors for the walls. There were some things that I thought I wanted a certain way but Joe was always willing to try and explain why another way might be better, which I do appreciate. The payment process was very simple, we did go over our original estimate, but he had told me upfront there was a chance we would find things behind the walls that we couldn't predict, and I was prepared to possibly go over by a certain amount so that wasn't a problem. The work was done very quickly, and the quality of everything is great. I will definitely be using Joe and his crew on future projects of mine.
