"Wow! Unbelievable! If we ever have a water problem again, Pioneer will be the only waterproofing company that we call. We were getting some water in our basement which has a stack-stone foundation and radiant floor heating. We interviewed three companies and were particularly concerned about a solution that would stop the water without compromising the radiant tubes that were in the floor. Initially, Pioneer recommended a baseboard system that would run along the outside of the wall. Upon inspection, Mike Oliveira discussed a traditional drain to sump pump solution. We reiterated our concern about puncturing a tube in the floor and Mike assured us that he and his team would hand chisel potential problem areas to avoid the tubing. "It took a month to come out, but he answered all of the questions that we had. His prices were reasonable. He did it nickel and dimes. He was very responsive. When we had a problem he would come out right away or he would send somebody that in authority that work form because he has like a general form and that kind of handle some of the jobs. A lot of crews are foreign born and English is not their first language, but he always made sure that he had one person on the crew that spoke good English and he made sure that we were introduced to each other then we could go to them.  On our roofing, it was $16,750 I guess for the price and then on the windows it was $27,700 and they were the same windows that Simon Brothers had proposed, same brand of windows so we were comparing apples to apples. We got the roofing done probably in October last fall. It was a different crew that did the windows. The windows we finalized everything in October. There was just a lot of little details about how you're going to handle it, how you're going to handle that. But the windows they started in December and I want to say they finished the last bit of it probably in the beginning of February. There was a lot windows, 29. When there were something that we were questioning or that we weren't too happy about that he would come and resolve the issue right away. He was very responsive, very professional and very personable. My husband is so happy with them that we are going to start a garage addition this fall, and he didn't even ask for a price ahead of time or even considered getting another price. He just said, "We'll call Brian and we'll work out with him how we are going to do this". Plus, on the roofing, they were so neat about it. They were very neat and very respectful of the spaces and everything, but the roofing, they did such a neat clean job cleaning it up. I know it was a little hard because it was snowing on the ground that time, that our neighbors across the street said, "We really like them. Who did your roofing? We're going to call them". It was noticeable how they tried to accommodate us in any way that they could. We were very happy with them. We are going to use them in the future."
