"We hired New England Backyards to do a lot of work in our yard. We were hesitant to hire them based upon some of the reviews we saw online, but after seeing the quality of their work at our friend's homes, we realized that the person behind the reviews were not telling the truth. I don't understand why someone would post extremely negative reviews when the job was done and looked great. You can ask to see the photos from that project from the owner of the company. New England Backyards showed up on time, finished the job ahead of schedule and it looked amazing. I would hire them again if I need more work done."

To explain our name, when your at the point of contacting us, you've probably already called several other people (gotten treated rudely or my personal favorite, when they are more interested in payment method than if they can handle the job) or attempted to do the repair yourself, or just haven't had the time to deal with it....after all of this, it's totally understandable if your whole attitude towards whatever the repair is to.....just F***** Fixit.

"Went in to buy one fence post, forgot to mention it was round not square, paid $50 "with the hole drilling fee" for one post and left there with the wrong post willing to accept blame for not mentioning this. They didn't have the round one in stock but I found it shortly afterward, went back to them and asked them to drill it, I would gladly pay the fee. The lady in the office flat out refused because I didn't buy it there. Will never go back there for any reason, terrible customer service, although the yard people were nice."
