Tilton was on time, even on the early side. Helped me clear the rug of furniture, put what could not be removed on blocks or protectors. Did a great job, thorough and pleasant to have in the house.

My husband had spilled paint on the bedroom carpet while repainting the room. Tilton managed to remove every trace of the paint. I couldn't be happier with the service. I recommend them highly.

Everything went well, rug was picked up and dropped off as scheduled. Rug was clean and completely dried when returned. Mike helped me move my oversized sleep sofa back on the rug. Very friendly and professional, will definitely hire again.

The rug looks much cleaner. I was disappointed that they could not repair the fringe, but they did a good job with the cleaning and the fringe looks better. Both Matt and Mike were very nice, picked up and returned within the time frame and helped move furniture.

Tilton came on time. I had used a special offer and added additional work to it. Everything came out looking wonderful except a carpet with stains from many years ago. I'd suspected they wouldn't come out and told the Tilton representative as much.

Used the Angie's List coupon for 250 sq ft of tile floor cleaning. My summary is that the process was effortless from start to finish. Mike Tilton promptly responded via email to the online purchase, clarified a few details and then we set up a date / time. Matt arrived on time (unheard of! lol), explained the process and then got to work. Very happy with the end-to-end experience and would use them again.

It is usually about $200 plus stairs and a hallway. They are always great but I don't have much carpet that need to be cleaned anymore.

Repeat customer. I had such a great experience the first time with Tilton Cleaning & Restoration, so I will only use them as my vendor for carpet cleaning for my rental as well as my primary residence. In and out in 45 minutes. Matt was extremely professional, courteous, efficient, and cautious to not leave any marks on the walls/trim with the hoses going up the stairs.
