He arrived right on time, diagnosed the issues, explained them to us in detail and was even able to fix them on the spot. He also did a safety inspection, as our unit had not been used for some time. Following service, he went the extra mile to vacuum up any dust and debris left by service - very much appreciated! Nick was courteous, knowledgeable and capable - I would happily have him back for any future needs with our unit. "We had a lot of water coming in through our foundation and starting to make it very unsecure we hired advanced solutions Boston to take care of the work. They came into with their specialist team. They were great they talked to us all the way through the project from start to finish they were so easy With any concerns we had to approach them and discuss it. I would definitely hire them again. They don?t make an absolutely amazing finish and we haven?t seen any water or diamond since many. Thanks Richard and family."

"John said he would repair my deck with new planks and new braces. He did neither! He used my old wood-turned it upside down-and replaced it. The entire structure he replaced now has an 8 bow in the middle, and getting worse. He refuses my attempts to reach him, after sending over a dozen emails. He came once, said he would let me know what he could do, then ghosted me! It is been almost 3 weeks since he was here, and it seems he has no intention of doing ANYTHING! I would never consider working with him again! He has no integrity or pride in what he does. Please BEWARE!"

"Nightmare experience with this shop. Paid almost $5000 for a gas fireplace insert including installation. At the appointment almost 2 months later, the installers came but did not set the gas fireplace up safely/correctly (my plumber told them) and then left to go to another job, leaving mine unfinished. Barry ran my credit card through for the final (third) payment, after failure 1st visit, without my permission when the fireplace was not safe or useable. The second time the installers came, they did not call or page my plumber as had agreed upon. The installers took a sledgehammer to the top of the chimney damaging the crown and the top few rows of bricks of the chimney. Instead of fixing the liner which needed to be near the top of the chimney, they shortened the chimney! Put a top on that was clearly used as it was dented and rusty, not new. Barry was rude and did not return my calls or emails. Barry left the installation with damage and unfinished. I had to hire a professional mason for thousands of dollars to repair the damage and finish the installation. Worst home improvement experience in 35 years I have owned my house."
