David Mock the project manager came and gave me an estimate, he was friendly and informative. We settled on a date. He and another worker came as scheduled and did an excellent job. He even decided we did not need one of the downspouts, conferred with my son and we ended up getting $75 knocked off the quote. I highly recommend this company .

Had old leaky gutters replaced, new gutters worked perfectly in the heavy mid October rain. The communication was good, the clean up was good. But the most important thing is the gutters really worked no more trouble spots. I should have had them do this years ago.

David was awesome. He came assessed the work and gave me a affordable quote. Workers came in and did a great job.

I couldn't be more impressed by a contractor/service provider. I put my request into HomeAdvisor, Ann contacted me almost instantly to schedule an appointment to get a quote. Dave came out next day, on time, quickly assessed the install, quoted me on the spot. Price was right in line with what I expected and Dave made it really easy to do business with him. Crew came out on the day agreed upon. Guys did a great job, very personable, left the spot clean as a whistle and the gutters look fantastic. And almost on queue, the next day it rained and lo and behold they worked PERFECTLY. Not to get completely off the track of the gutter install but they also have an electronic invoicing and payment process that makes paying them super easy. They actually do the work, make sure you're happy with it, then invoice you, and then take payment. It's really a great way of doing business. They get my highest possible recommendation.

Torri Enterprises was very understanding of our situation on installing new gutters on only one section of our house. Dave was very helpful with setting up a day a day time which was convenient for us. The gutters came out great and I would recommend them to anyone looking for gutter service.

Dav is a genuine guy. He made my project super easy and money saving. All the work has been done nicely and inspected by Dav himself. I had some other minor work from existing gutters and those all were fixed upon request without extra charges. I am very pleased with Torri and their ethics. Project Manager came back after completion and touched up any concerns I had about the gutters. Great to Deal with. Would highly recommend!!!

They were on time and took away old gutters that they did not even remove. Only small issue we had is that there was some caulk left on our back stairs that we needed to scrape away since we did not notice when they left.

The sales person and I talked about having the guard on top of the gutter, but it was not included in the quote I got first. Might have just been a misunderstanding but I thought the price quoted was for the guards also, until he clarified after I signed. It was still a good price and good job though.

We were very pleased with our gutter replacement project. David provided a detailed quote of what we needed but said it may go down once the gutters were off (it did). They were very friendly and willing to explain things as they went. They were able to eliminate a few downspouts, which is what we wanted.

Honest, quality work. Very happy.
