Joe oversaw the job and provided step-by-step updates, explaining what was being done and the reasoning behind it. Additionally, where things were not done properly by the original builder, BSE added the necessary products and fixed it, all within the original price estimate. "The system was installed so that the pipes were pitched away from the sump, the pipe from the sump outside leaked back into the basement, and the exterior drain wasnt dug to grade so water backed up towards the house. When contacted about the issue, dryzone sent out a tech who confirmed every issue. The company then refused to fix anything without a second opinion. A month after I filed a chargeback, the GM called to "apologize", and made it sound like he wouldnt contest the chargeback, but offered no remedy to the situation. He then contested the chargeback and lied on the chargeback rebuttal. Eventually they settled for a partial refund. Terrible company, dont recommend."
