PLM Home Improvement gave my home a complete update and refresh that was much needed! Pete was amazing to work with. He took the time to listen and communicate with me to bring the long-time vision of my new kitchen to life. Pete was willing to provide suggestions to ensure that I would be satisfied with the end results. He was also readily available and easy to get in contact with if I had any questions or concerns. Pete and his team truly took pride in their work and paid close attention to detail. I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results of my flooring and kitchen remodel and look forward to having PLM Home Improvement return to my home for my next project!

My wife found Pete’s information on Angi when we were shopping around for estimates on a garage—>bedroom conversion job. He immediately came across as trustworthy and reliable and provided a very fair and reasonable estimate for the work. Fast forward a bit after that job was done and we found ourselves getting water in the new bedroom due to a) a cracked foundation and b) improper original installation of a portion of vinyl siding (unrelated to Pete’s work). Pete was extremely responsive and committed to helping us initially bandaid the issue and later fully resolve it. Over those few months last summer/fall, our trust in Pete and satisfaction with his work continued to grow. Now, whenever we consider home renovations we aren’t equipped to manage ourselves, we immediately think of Pete and getting him involved. He’ll be coming back soon to convert our formal dining room into a dedicated office space. I can’t recommend Pete enough to anyone in the RI area looking for a reliable contractor for their home improvement/renovation projects!

It went very well. We are out of the home. He did it very good.

We hired Pete to make over our master bedroom. We had horrible, old paneling and a tile ceiling. Pete came and gave me a very fair quote and started the work when he said he would. They put up fresh drywall, installed new doors and redid the closet as well. All the painting was done masterfully by Pete and all trim work was perfect. We were so incredibly impressed that we immediately hired Pete to install a 1/2 bathroom on the second floor - where there was no bathroom before. This project was tough to figure out in a 100+ year home but Pete was extremely patient and communicated every issue or suggestion before proceeding. The best part about working with Pete is his team. Every single person who came to the house was extremely polite, professional, and kept perfect social distance (masks at all times) requirements. We have always been worried about finding a good contractor, especially right now. But now we have one!

Pete is one of the best contractors we have ever worked with. Having owned a century-old house in the past I've hired a bunch, but Pete is in a class by himself. He has a wealth of experience that he used to offer much-needed guidance in all phases of our project. We trusted him and his judgment, and we could not be happier with the outcome. He's hard-working, cost-conscious, and skillfully handled every curveball we threw at him. We'll DEFINITELY work with him again on the next project.

From the minute Pete Medeiros entered my home I immediately knew that he was the contractor to do the job. Pete is a professional. He is an extremely talented craftsman and visionary. He listened to my needs and went beyond my expectations. What began as a renovation to make my life easier as I get older by upgrading my bathroom with walk in shower and comfort height toilet and placing the laundry room on the first floor turned into a whole house remodel and I am so delighted. Pete found a solution to any problem that arose. Pete and his workers are talented, respectful, and meticulous. They take pride in their work and are very hard workers. In a world where customer service is lacking I believe good customer service is the number one priority for Pete. When friends and family visit my home now they are amazed at the transformation and the high quality and craftmanship of work. Pete turned my 1960s home into a 21st century home! I am completely satisfied with his work and I would highly recommend PLM home improvement, Pete Medeiros for any of your home needs.

We had an excellent experience with PLM Home Improvement, Pete and crew are dedicated and have a passion for what they do. Pete went above and beyond our expectations, and lived up to the recommendation we received. PLM Home Improvement completed a full first floor remodel as well installing a new kitchen which included, taking down walls installing an LVL beam and updating overhead lighting to provide an open concept. While he was completing the kitchen remodel we also asked that he update our half bath. We couldn't be happier with the results. Pete was responsive stuck to his timeline and was always responsive to our questions or concerns. His attention to detail, advice and guidance provided along the renovation process was valuable and enhanced our vision. Some recommendations included, island configuration and finishes (molding, wainscoting and lighting). We are looking forward to hiring PLM Home Improvement for our next job!

Pete and his team at PLM Home Improvement is the most professional, hardworking, cost conscience, and practical contractor I have ever worked with. We interviewed a few different contractors when looking at our basement remodel contract. And most took our "vision" and just kept quoting prices that were way outside of our budget. Pete was completely different. We talked openly about our budget, and Pete made practical recommendations that met all of our goals with the remodel product within our budget. And in the end, I think he delivered a finished product that exceeded our expectations for everything we set out at the start! What really impressed us with Pete was his cleanliness around the job site. At the end of each work day he made sure everything was organized and cleaned up so the job site didn't look like a disaster. This is the sign of a true professional. We built a trust with Pete right away and allowed him access to our house when we were away to do his work, and we never once worried about him or his crew. Everyone was super friendly, hard working, and good communicators as to what they were doing. They made sure we were comfortable with each step along the way. Since this project has finished we have recommend PLM to our friends and even hired Pete for a second remodel project in our bathrooms. My wife and I highly recommend Pete @ PLM Home Improvement, and would use him for almost any kind of home remodel or build out as his practical knowledge of how to get things done and look great, are hard to find in this world!

Pete did a great job repairing and replacing our large deck. We have a section of the deck that has a large hot tub on it and the decking needed to be replaced. Pete was able to figure out a way around this problem and it turned out great. He's also done other jobs for us in the past and no matter how big or small he's always done a great job. He has a great sense for being able to figure out the best way to fix difficult problems. We would highly recommend Pete for any type of job you may need done.

Everything went very smoothly. Pete had great suggestions on the work being done. He started the job the day he said he would and came back everyday until it was finished. You can see he is passionate about his skill. This was the second time i hired him for a kitchen remodel and am completely happy and satisfied both times.

job was performed as discussed and as promised and on-budget. some extras were added at no-charge. Service was pleasant, professional and courteous. this was the 4th project we have deployed PLM on. Obviously, I have total confidence in PLM for their abilities, loyalty, thoroughness and knowledge of the home construction. They also added some valid advise. I will continue to utilize PLM for all my real estate repair work because they add real value and I highly recommend them.

Working with Pete was one of the best decisions we've made. He is personable, professional, responsive, and honest. At first we hired him to finish our basement. After seeing how nice the basement looked (everyone compliments it!), we then asked him to upgrade our kitchen, install half-walls in our family room, and install a second mud room (wood flooring, walls, doors). Everything he did was TOP-NOTCH. He is a hard worker with an eye for detail. Best of all, his prices are reasonable. If you are looking for someone to work on your house, do not hesitate to hire Pete. I know we'll be calling him again for our next project!

We have hired Pete on two occasions over the course of this and last summer to look at repairs for our very neglected decks. Pete was very responsive and came quickly to look at the decks and gave an estimate within 48hours. The pricing was very reasonable, and Pete was very honest and answered all of my questions, and explained how he arrived at his pricing and his assessment of the work that needed to be done. He noticed our crumbling retaining wall and put together a plan to salvage existing wood from the wall and use as minimal new materials as possible to save cost but also have a quality end result. All work was completed quickly as weather allowed (even sometime working in the rain) and Pete and his crew were always professional and worked quickly and cleaned everything better than when he started the projects. Pete also noticed that once he applied the stain to our mahogany deck, it didn't lay the way that he wanted, and HE brought this up to us. He also talked to the manufacturer of the stain and was able to get the product and redo the deck with no cost to us. He redid the deck and it looks beautiful, as well as fixed some boards that were loosening in both decks, at no additional change. Hire Pete, his work is beautiful, his prices reasonable, and he is a person of integrity! We will definitely work with him in the future.

I Met Pete Medeiros (owner) of PLM Home improvement when he came to my home in Attleboro to see my basement that I wanted to finish. I liked Pete right from the beginning. He was very personal and very helpful to the type of ideas I had regarding the basement. I know nothing about construction. My wife and I both felt very comfortable talking to him. He gave us ideas and we went back and forth with them. He was very respectful to my wife and I. He was very professional. He took all the information need to give us a quote. He told us that he will get back to us with an estimate. He did just that, and within 1 day, we had a quote. To our satisfaction it was the lowest quote from the other contractors. My wife and I decided to hire him, and boy were we happy with our decision!!...Now, we all know its really hard to find a good reliable contractor. I must say there is a reason why i gave all A's on my review. He satisfied both my wife and I on every aspect. His work is impeccable. I was amaze on how he made my basement look. So I actually hired him AGAIN! This time I hired him to do my 300 linear feet Vinyl fence. once again he had outdone him self. Not only he gave me an excellent price but he did a tremendous job. He went above and beyond to make sure the fence was install properly considering the area where the fence was going to be installed. We had a lot of areas where water was an issue. Of course Pete knew what to do. I like that about him he knows how to fix anything. I defiantly recommend PLM home improvements. I will definitely hire Pete again!

It was a pleasure to work with Pete and his crew. They were all very professional. Our basement came out better than expected! He was fair , honest, and flexible! We will definitely be hring him again for our future projects!
