He diagnosed the problem and said he would order the part and let me know when he was coming back. Due to poor communication (dishwasher broken with 5 people living at home), we decided to order the part ourselves and install it.

"We had a great experience overall with Express Remodeling. We were doing a complete renovation of a 4 bedrooms 2.5 bathroom unit. This included changing the layout, structural work. adding a new bathroom, completing renovating the existing kitchen/bathrooms, etc. It was a big project and some unexpected issues were discovered.
