Mike was great. He was courteous and polite. They were suppose to remove the dishwasher as well, but Mike was alone, but he informed me that he will arrange for pickup to remove the old dishwasher on another day. I paid in full for the service which included removal. Thinking in the back of my mind, that they won't come back. (Unfortunately it happens sometimes with other companies). A few days later, Mike and his co-worker came back to pick up the old dishwasher. I would absolutely hire this company again, and recommend it to anyone who needs any repairs.

Buzz, the technician, was very knowledgeable, polite and knew what the problem with my dryer was within 5 minutes. I would certainly recommend Northeast Appliance.

Perfectly. Office help professional, pleasant and efficient. Quickly scheduled work for next morning. Repair tech was on time, polite, professional, cleaned area after completing work, had replacement part with him. Totally pleased with this efficient contractor. Northeast was great to deal with and explained everything and answered all my questions before showing. They showed up at the beginning of the window, and were quite quick to uninstall the microwave and test to determine what was going on. It was found to be a fuse which was replaced. The fee for the diagnostic was $79. The cost of the fuse was $10 and the labor to install the fuse was $50. My only nit, during the diagnostic the fuse was exposed. Charging $50 for the labor involved was a bit silly as there wasn't any additional labor incurred with the replacement.

The technician, who owns the company, found that there was a leak of refrigerant. He informed us that the sealed cooling system was still under warrantee and directed us to call LG. We arranged for a service call with their contractor the very next week, and they replaced the entire sealed system. It’s fine now. All said and done, Great job!

The tech that they sent looked at what was wrong and clearly looked like he didn’t know what to do; which he did not as he said he hadn’t seen anything like it before and had to go research it and get back to me. Over a week later they called and left a message saying that they may send out another technician and would get back to me by Friday. Not another word from them, and in the meantime Sears has come in and determined that it is a defrost issue as there was a large buildup of ice in back of the freezer and middle draw. I was charged $129.00 for a service call for which I got no service. By all rights they should refund me, but I am sure that won’t happen. Surely I would never call them again, so that I could pay someone to walk in my house only to tell me they don’t know what to do. Money flushed down the toilet.

The computer panel in our Whirlpool fridge was fried in a power outage. We called a bunch of places because it was a Friday and we didn't want to be without a fridge for the weekend. Northeast answered their phone and sent someone out to the house within a few hours. The repair man was friendly and explained everything he was doing. Although they typically carry all parts with them, the fridge required something he didn't have. He went back to the office, got the part and returned later that day to fix it. I would really recommend them!

Northeast Appliance "Pros" replaced the bake ignitor in my oven in August 2017. Now in February 2019, my oven again is not working. A repair technician came today and explained that the ignitor was installed incorrectly - it was against the oven wall - and he showed me how the wires had burned and split. That's why the oven stopped working again. Northeast Appliance said because it's out of warranty, I was out of luck. Go ahead and call them if you want shoddy work that you'll have to pay for again in a couple of years.

An ignitor is a common wear and tear part and if you had called us prior to calling another company, we would have done our best to work with you even though it was beyond the warranty period. Unfortunately, we are not able to warranty a job from 2 years ago without seeing the problem for ourselves."

Northeast Appliance did a wonderful job. All the other appliance repair companies didn't want to come because my washer and dryer units were stacked. Northeast Appliance came, diagnosed the problem and fixed the broken lock in less than an hour.

TERRIBLE !!! THEY MIS-DIAGNOSISED THE PROBLEM and then could not get the part or over a month...so i independently got the part and got a technician to put the part in and it did not solve the problem. I contacted another contractor who came out and correctly diagnosed the problem and had the part with them and fixed the MINOR problem in less than 5 minutes. I WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!!!!!~

I was able to schedule an appt. within 24 hours. Service was promised between 12 & 4, and truck was in my driveway before 2. Tech Buzzy knew immediately what the issue probably was. He got right to work. The issue was what he thought. Work was done, quick clean-up, out the door.
