TRI-STATE APPLIANCE INSTALLATION

Tim and his assistant were both polite, professional and friendly. The appliances that were being replaced were much older. The way they were initially installed made replacing them a bit challenging. Tim did an excellent job in overcoming the challenging and installing the new appliances. The end product for both the dishwasher and microwave is awesome!

This was a great project from start to end. I DID actually post a review previously but somehow it got messed up in the "transition" on Angie's List. I can definitely say that we were very pleased with the work, the friendliness and punctuality of the gentleman that completed the job and found the price fair and pretty much on the mark for what we had anticipated. Overall, this was an A+ job and everything is workig great!

How did it go? Excellent work. Tim Petit was punctual, polite, clean, efficient, professional and friendly. I don't think they get any better than this. Both appliances were istalled today and Tim did an excellent job and made sure everything was working perfectly and my kitchen was immaculate when he was finished. At age 65, I can remember when companies did work that they could be proud of and Tri-State Appliance Installation did exactly that. It's SO difficult these days to find ANYONE who does the job well, and Tim did extremely well!

He did a wonderful job. He was very available and responsive by phone. He came at the exact time he said he would. He was very thoughtful.

Working with Tim was a great experience. Tim was able to schedule a time within a week of the appliance purchase to do the work. He was even willing to come do the installation when no one was home. When installation day arrived, Tim was able to remove the old dish washer and install the new dish washer in less than two hours. All new hoses and fittings were included in the price of the installation. Tim even replaced some wood that was being used to level the dishwasher. Tim was also very responsive to all the questions that I had both before and after the installation.
