Ken is very professional and I had my 10 year old GE dryer fixed in two days. Diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and had the replacement part on his truck. He could have come next day which didn't work for me and gave me several other time options and called when he was 15 minutes away. I was facing replacing the dryer due to age, etc so I'm so grateful to have a connection with a really good repair man. Highly recommend.

Both gentlemen were professional and thorough. They showed me the problem and addressed the issue. They were scheduled from 2-4pm but had a cancellation and offered the slot to me. It freed up my afternoon. I will definitely call again if I need their services.

Ken is an A+ repairman that fixed both my fridge and dryer. He was very professional, prompt, turned around the service quickly and at a reasonable price. the cost was very fair for the service provided and he saved the day. would definitely recommend his service. very trustworthy and reliable.

Excellent! A+ rating. Ken called me back 1 minute after I left a message, and we made an appointment for today between 11AM-1PM. Ken called me 20 minutes before he arrived, and he arrived promptly at 11AM. He diagnosed the problem in 10 minutes, and he had the part in his truck, so I had a working oven again 20 minutes later. I called Kamcan to repair my Electrolux dryer. Ken arrived at my house on time and was very pleasant to deal with. He got right to work and quickly diagnosed my problem. He also had the part I needed in stock so the repair was performed right away. I was very happy with his service and will call him again for all my appliance repair needs.

He took to many outside telephone calls was here so long he went and took a dump in my bathroom. It was awful. I am a senior and I had to go in there and clean it up. Sneakers full of snow all over bathroom floor. Almost got sick

I apologize that snow was brought in as the backyard was not shoveled. I would have been happy to remove my sneakers before entering the home. With respect to exiting the home to make a call. As a technician it is my top priority to ensure I attempt to locate the part either by calling the parts store or ordering the part. It’s my priority to provide the customer with the cost of the part at the time of diagnosis, which is the reason for me exiting the home to check for the part and call the appliance part store. I requested to use the restroom and you gave permission. I would have absolutely respected a no response. I strive to always be punctual, respectful, honest, and work hard for the A rated reviews. Ken did an excellent job. He diagnosed the problem with the washing machine within minutes--and fixed it about ten minutes on a second visit (after ordering the necessary part). He was on time and sensitive to my own time restrictions. Will definitely call him again.

Very well....Ken arrived promptly when he said he would, and efficiently made the necessary repairs to my dryer. The good news is that I did not need to buy a new dryer. The bad news was that because I have a stackable washer/dryer, this became a 2-man job to get access to the unit, and therefore, had a higher repair cost. I was made aware of this prior to the service being performed.

Kenney is professional, puntual, and honest. I have used his service three times for repair and installation of appliances. He shows up when he says he will and his prices are fair. He can out at 7pm on a weekend to help get my refrigerator fixed. I highly recommend using him for any of your appliance needs.

Everything went well! They called to make sure they could come a little early (awesome!). Came in, very professional, got the job done and then gave a tutorial for how to make the dishwasher work efficiency along with preventative maintenance tips. We will definitely be using them for any future issues :)

Ken answered my call very quickly and arrived when he said he would to diagnose my refrigerators problem. Found the problem immediately and told me approximately how much it would cost to fix. Came back a few days later with the parts, replaced them, my problem was solved. Highly recommend this company and would use him in the future for any other appliance repair needs!

Ken & Dave did an awesome job! They were prompt in arriving on time, got right to work, and were done with my garbage disposal installation in a matter of 30 minutes. Afterwards, Ken showed me some tips and tricks for my new appliance, which was very appreciated. I look forward to using Kamcan again in the future!
