There were everything we wanted and more! We are very pleased with the work done by the Grand Premium Siding at our home. From the time the owner, Mr. Gerferson came by to take a look at the repair work including siding and trim rot, he was very amicable. He is very knowledgeable and always maintained an open communication channel. He gave us a clear layout of the work involved with notes on what needs immediate attention, and what can be done in a few months. He gave us a couple of quotes with the different options listed. The crew was very polite and respectful. They arrived punctually, and went about their work in a professional manner. There was a certain camaraderie amongst the 5 members of the crew, there was friendly banter and they genuinely appeared to be enjoying their work. There was an impeccable attention to detail, and they did a very good job. When they uncovered rot in the unexposed area, Gerferson was quick to consult with us and quoted very reasonable price to take care of the additional uncovered work. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of the day and went over the completed work with us. We are immensely satisfied and will definitely hire them again in the near future.

I contacted Grand Premium siding through Angi, Gerfferson contacted me promptly. I sent him photos, he came over to our house to look the next day. He emailed us a proposal later that day. I realized our siding needed an additional small repair, which I asked him to add. He added that right away and we accepted his proposal. He came in a week with his crew. They did excellent work, and cleaned up well. The repair went as planned. He's a terrific contractor. We will definitely hire him again.

The owner, Gerfferson, was knowledgeable, professional, and on time. We enjoyed working with him and his crew. He explored options with us and made sure we were comfortable and understood the materials. I would happily hire Gerfferson again for another project.

Extremely well. Jefferson was a delight to work with. Sided a house for me in Winchester. Was so happy that hired him to fix a Vinyl siding job in Woburn that was not done correctly. He fixed all the problems and it came out real good. Gave his number to a colleague in Lexington and he hired him to reside a house. Job was done on time and his crew was very neat and cleaned up site 100%.
