Lorenzo was the very professional technician who contacted me prior to the appointment and he was extremely friendly and informed me along the way as he moved from room to room and underneath the crawlspace. He was also very helpful in repairing my ductwork that had become unattached over the last year. It all seemed very effortless for him and he made sure to clean up thoroughly. It took just over 3 hours at a reasonable fee for my small 1000 ft one level house. I will recommend them to friends and I will definitely hire them again. They also perform other services like deep steam cleaning of rugs. A wonderful experience overall."

The floors were covered to prevent any residual spray products from getting on the floor. The house trim corners were protected from hose scraping. They brought their own supplies and were very accommodating to my needs (I had a dog and a toddler's nap schedule they needed to work around).
