"Luiz came and professionally cleaned my couch that was filthy and now looks brand new. He is so professional and he was recommended to me by women in my building who swore by him. I live in a fancy high rise in Boston and he is the go to guy. On top of it he decorated my couch that now looks brand new with my pillows and throw and he also thought I needed some rug cleaning and just did it for me with no additional charge! If you need any rugs or furniture cleaned this is the best company to use and an amazing rate! No gimmicks. The real deal. I proudly recommend and will continue to use for the rest of my days!!!"

Couch Cleaning Services questions, answered by experts

If you don't regularly change your HVAC air filter, it will become clogged with dust, dirt, and other contaminants. This blockage forces the system to work harder to circulate air, leading to several negative consequences. You may experience higher energy bills, poor temperature regulation, reduced air quality, and slower system performance. Over time, this added strain can cause parts to break more frequently, lead to system failure, and ultimately shorten the lifespan of your entire HVAC unit. In some cases, it can also contribute to health problems. It's recommended to change the filter at least every three months.

Costs depend on unit type, replacement parts, labor, and whether ductwork needs cleaning or adjustments.

Most HVAC service calls include diagnostic fees, which could include checking on a specific issue you’re experiencing or running through a routine inspection checklist. If you called for a particular problem, the service call will also include an estimate to fix the issue, including materials and labor. Depending on your HVAC technician and the service you requested, you might also get a general inspection of your system components to ensure everything is working as intended.

NATE-certified technicians may charge slightly higher service fees compared to non-certified technicians. This is because NATE certification signifies a higher level of expertise and professionalism, often leading to more efficient and effective HVAC repairs and installations. While the upfront cost may be marginally higher, NATE-certified technicians can potentially save you money in the long run by reducing energy consumption, preventing frequent breakdowns, and extending the life span of your HVAC system. When looking for a local HVAC company to hire, it never hurts to ask about NATE certifications.

If you do not regularly change your HVAC filter, it will become clogged with dust, dirt, and other contaminants. This blockage forces the system to work harder to circulate air, leading to higher energy bills, poor temperature regulation, and increased wear on parts, which can cause more frequent breakdowns and shorten the system's overall lifespan. Additionally, a dirty filter that no longer traps contaminants can lead to poor indoor air quality, potential health problems, and even complete system failure.
