Chem Dry is fantastic!!! We had vegetable oil stains which had seeped into the carpet and no one else could get them out. Chem Dry congratulations arrived on time, we're very pleasant and when the stain came back after a week they came back a second time very quickly and finished the job very quickly. I will continue to hire them if I need them they're great!

I would have preferred a deeper cleaning. Although the 2 young men got right to work and worked for approx 35-40 mins the price was a little steep for the service,

They are excellent & worth it but expensive. They cleaned stone tile floors in four areas - the kitchen, two entrance ways and the laundry room. Frank was polite and respectful in every way. He was well protected with gloves, mask and shoe booties. He was honest about when to have the floors cleaned again. There was a scheduling snafu which was very frustrating to me but it was finally corrected. I would absolutely recommend Chem-Dry.

I was quoted 145.00 for four average rooms of carpet plus hall over the phone. But was charged 270. I had upholstery cleaning as well which was 22.00 per sf. So my large sectional cost 440.00. With odor and protectant the total cost of services was $910.00 This was definitely pricey but Frank spent almost 4 hours cleaning the carpets and upholstery and he did an amazing job. Not something I could afford to do on a regular basis. Overall very happy, but was surprised at the increased charge on the carpet portion, almost double from what I was quoted.

"Thanks for your comments Tabitha. The sofa was $22 per LF. the 4 rooms were priced at .53 per square foot. The extra cost was the PURT (pet urine removal treatment) Sanitizer to kill bacteria and you wanted Protectant on everything which the techs applied. Our products, process and Technicians are the best in the business. The PURT is made from plant extracts and is 100% safe and non toxic and very effective at removing urine odor and bacteria. We promise to return and reapply at no charge if any odor remains after 10 days. Estimates by phone or email are based on sizes customers give us. We quote price per square foot and length o"
