Our main sewer line is PVC up to the curb where it turns to clay. Because water was backed up, he couldn't use the jet to clean so he started with a cable, but the cable could not get to the clay part because of an offset of the lines. he got a camera to ***** and showed me and explained everything he saw. Once water moved, he brought in the jet and with the assistance of the camera, removed all the roots in the line. The root clogs were really bad and he took his time to make sure all were gone. Showed me the line once it was clean as well, no roots left. "Wow! Unbelievable! If we ever have a water problem again, Pioneer will be the only waterproofing company that we call. We were getting some water in our basement which has a stack-stone foundation and radiant floor heating. We interviewed three companies and were particularly concerned about a solution that would stop the water without compromising the radiant tubes that were in the floor. Initially, Pioneer recommended a baseboard system that would run along the outside of the wall. Upon inspection, Mike Oliveira discussed a traditional drain to sump pump solution.
