Andrew was very prompt in responding in a timely manner, and came in on the same day but arrived 2h later than scheduled. Fortunately it was at the end of the day. He put the snake through the bathtub drain to fix the current problem and also gave me suggestions for long-term solution.

Well Pump Repair or Service
Andrew was the first person to reach to us through Angi. It was midnight and we had an issue with our well, pump, and some electrical issues (no water in the house). Andrew was quickly to come and check the damage and gave us a fair price and estimate and was willing to go to with the project along some requests that we had. Everything was great, we had agreed on everything and he was supposed to start the following morning with the project at 8:00 AM. The following day there is no call/no show at 8:00, 9:00 AM, 10:00 AM, until we decided to call for an ETA. He mentioned he had woken up sick, understandable, but very unprofessional to not communicate. He eventually finished the job (at a later time than planned. We had no water for 2-3 days). He charged an extra $100. He never came to clean up the tank/pipes that he took out. He never gave us a final invoice. We have been trying to communicate up to this day for insurance purposes and no answer. Very unprofessional.

"I'm sorry you feel that way yes I was late showing up. I woke up very sick on a Saturday morning but still pushed through to try to get you water after shopping all night until almost 10 PM. Usually we bring our own parts but you guys had requested that you guys buy the parts Because you could charge it on your card I went to several different Home Depot trying to find your parts to fulfill your request at no charge. There was no problem with the job. You guys requested that I write up a faulty invoice for your insurance company charging more money than I had charged for the job, which is insurance fraud that I am not willing to do so it made"

Unreliable. unprofessional. The project was never completed, and I was never given a final receipt reflecting the additional $2500 fee for soil. I am not sure how he came up with that amount. He guarantees his work but fails to appear when he says he will after cashing your check. He left an ugly sewer clean out pipe sticking out of my front lawn that he was supposed to come back and cut down and never replaced top soil, so now I have more rocks than before.

"Hello I remember this job very good so we came here her lines were all scale buildup and gunk from years of service , also she had a minor break in her front yard so I gave her a price to clean the lines and excavate in the front yard , after we started to excavate rocks the size of basketballs and not good soil , we came across an old system that went through an abandoned septic tank and right under the concrete was were it was broke , we had to chisel out concrete by hand in order to connect the new pipe , the town of Webster sewer department Was there and told me that the soil and rocks we were removing could not go back in because the w"

Andrew was the first to call, showed up and explained everything he found thoroughly, what needed to be done and how he could do it. While also beginning the project he found some more things wrong with my drain and worked tirelessly while also keeping me in my budget to fix my issue so me and my kids could have clean water and take a shower. Had work done and it went back and forth for days before he came. Also said he would come back on Wednesday 01/23/22. No show no call. Texted several times and also left a v-mail. Never responded to either. Very disappointing.

"If you had a problem with the cost of the job then you should have called someone else you had about three days from the time we gave you the quote until the time we did the work , we did our job we agreed on. You were also told that if we had time we could possibly come out and help with dishwasher , but we are not an appliance repair firm and you were told that it would be cheaper to have it replaced ! We are sorry you were not happy with our service as we strive to make customers satisfied."
