"I purchased the deal offered here to supplement my regular cleaning service before Thanksgiving. Kim replied to my initial inquiry promptly. I knew I was asking the impossible in wanting an appointment within the week before the holiday on 3 days notice, but she said she could do it Saturday afternoon, so I went ahead and purchased the deal. The team of three women arrived promptly. Kim had said they would come "about" two thirty. They came within 30 minutes of that, which meets my definition of "about." We discussed my priorities, which were the dusting and vacuuming that my regular cleaner has not been getting thoroughly. Our house is chaotic.Three generations, two dogs, two cats, innumerable dust bunnies. My parents have lived here for almost 50 years. There is a lot of stuff. Way too much stuff. The house has been out of control. It has always been cleaned every two weeks, but it is never all the way clean. Part of that is us, part of that is that our regular cleaner just isn't doing the job she used to do. My buying the deal was in part a way to think about changing cleaners. Kim's team was incredible. I'll be fair and admit that they walked into a better situation; the first floor was already clean, and the second had been vacuumed 4 days ago. We also did significant additional straightening up. That said, there was still more stuff on any given shelf or surface than most of you could imagine- my dad's 20 pill bottles, for example, or my daughter's collections. They picked up and dusted everything. EVERYTHING. They dusted pill bottles, keyboards. Toys. Decor pieces. Plant hangers. EVERYTHING. One bed had been covered with stuff I had moved from the dresser from h*** to ensure that it could be dusted. It's a huge long piece where a bazillion things that have no proper place get put in this house. It hadn't been dusted well in weeks upon weeks. Kim's team dusted the dresser, but they also took all that stuff from the bed, cleaned them, then ordered them neatly on the dresser. It was incredible to behold. They stayed for more than the 4 hours for which I paid. She didn't ask for more money. The quote she gave me for regular twice a month cleanings was competitive. I've already called and left a message asking to book for my first and second floors in two weeks.
