From the time the owner, Mr. Gerferson came by to take a look at the repair work including siding and trim rot, he was very amicable. He is very knowledgeable and always maintained an open communication channel. He gave us a clear layout of the work involved with notes on what needs immediate attention, and what can be done in a few months. He gave us a couple of quotes with the different options listed. The crew was very polite and respectful. They arrived punctually, and went about their work in a professional manner. There was a certain camaraderie amongst the 5 members of the crew, there was friendly banter and they genuinely appeared to be enjoying their work.
