Todd reached out to us immediately and was able to give us a quote the next day. He was very respectful on the phone and in person. He completed the fix within 45 minutes or so and our water dispenser works like new! Easy to work with and the pricing was fair. I would definitely work with Todd again.

Todd was able to locate the problem, gave me options for repair. I decided on repair, part was ordered and replaced and my 14 year old dishwasher is like new

It went OK. Kinda like after a first date when you're not sure if you care if the phone rings again. We paid for an estimate (about $55) and a few days later - after some AMS research - we were given an estimate, a garbled voice message asking for $300. We expected a written/detailed estimate of what we were paying for and whether or not anything was warrantied. We probably weren't a good fit for AMS, given our scope of work... and our expectation.

Immediately knew what part was bad (defrost heater) and replaced it. Todd is busy, so we had to wait a couple days until he was available. Was worth it to us to wait as he has done other repairs for us and knows what he is doing.

We were thrilled with the work but the cost was exorbitant. They did everything they said they would. They came when they said they would. Maybe I would use them.

Todd was very knowledgeable, professional fairly priced. He quickly repaired our appliances and went beyond what I requested to ensure everything was working properly. He confirmed his appointment and showed up on schedule. I will definitely be using AMS Appliance for my future needs.

Microwave oven would start-up immediately upon opening door.? The only way to stop it was to close the door.? Could not stop it by pressing any of the buttons.? Todd arrived on time, diagnosed the problem as being a faulty micro-switch, replaced the switch and tested the appliance.?This was done in about an hour. I have used AMS before and would certainly do so again!?

Other providers could not work on our Liquid Propane dryer.  AMS Appliance was prompt, fixed the issue, charged what was expected (based on research from the web for similar issues/fixes).  Great experience.

On initial visit he came in a week after we called.  We told him it was not an emergency.  Within 15 minutes he found out the problem and said he would have to order the part. He called the next day and gave us an approximate cost.   Exactly one week later, he arrived early for the appointment, repaired the washer in 30 minutes and he was very pleasant and efficient about it.  

After receiving a warning message on the display panel of our microwave oven, needed to be sure it was functioning properly.  Todd performed a test of the magnatron and both sensors.  Looks like it turned out to be a faulty message only.  Everything checked out to be working properly afterall.

Provider quickly came and was able to dislodge the debris and reset the garbage disposal. In fact, it was something I could have done myself, but I didn't know that. He kindly showed me two different ways to clear the appliance and restart it. He also left a hex screwdriver that fit the disposal in case the problem happened again. He explained the problems so that I could understand, and differentiate what was wrong and what to do when. I really appreciate that he went above and beyond to help me. He charged me the service call rate only.

The provider came promptly and worked quickly to identify the problem. He repaired it directly. Since he had to move the stove/oven out from the wall, I took the opportunity to clean the sides of the oven. He was done with his repair before I was done cleaning the appiance sides!  He paitently waited for me to finish so he could move the oven back into place. I mentioned to him that I was having some trouble with the burners (gas) catching fire - they were slow to ignite - so he explained the problem/reason why, and proceeded to clean the contacts to help with the problem. I sincerely appreciate the additional helpfulness and services.
