"While the quality of work and clean up performed by the crew was outstanding and Iâ m pleased with the finished product the crew didnâ t arrive until almost 11 and didnâ t leave until 9 PM. While I appreciate the goal of a new bathtub/shower replaced in as little as a day working until 9 PM is not acceptable. When setting up the appointment it needs to be stated very clearly what the expectations are for the day. As I said, Iâ m very happy with the finished product but 20k which includes no installation cost is way too much for what was actually provided."

"Jeff Veglia and his team did a great job on my condo renovation after we suffered extensive damage from a water leak. The project included a complete kitchen remodel, custom cabinets, plumbing, electrical, ceramic tiles, and all new plaster walls. "We acquired a condominium on the 2nd floor of a 2 family house in Arlington. MA. The existing hardwood floors were beyond repair and we wanted to add a 2nd bathroom. In addition we wanted to integrate the existing sun porch into the living room to more than recover the area lost to the new bathroom, and install central A/C. We had estimates from three other contractors before we met with Pedro from Crystal Renovations. His pricing was very competitive relative to the other contractors, but that was mostly due to the others trying to add work that we didn't want or need. Pedro listened to what we wanted and worked with us to accomplish it. From the very beginning of the project until the end Pedro was always responsive and answered, emails, texts, and phone messages in a very timely fashion. He and his crew and subs were a pleasure to work with and any issues that arose were dealt with in a calm and professional manner. Before and during the project Pedro made several design suggestions such as recessed lighting on the sun porch, shower stall light, and new bath layout that definitely improved on our original thoughts. In the end the project came in on time and with a very small increase to the original estimate despite some challenges he and his crew had to work through. The best part, though, is the absolute impeccable quality of the finished product. We highly recommend Pedro and Crystal Renovations and plan to use them again in the near future."

"After we called him Liam came by one evening after work, looked at the scope of the job and had a quote to me within 2 days. We scheduled the work but had to postpone due to rain. Rescheduled and had the work done. - Removed rotted wall trim board from around all four edges of deck and removed from site. - Supplied and installed new composite trim boards on edge deck on all four sides. - Re-secured joists to beam and reinstalled the decking that had sunk because of rotten joists to same location. - Removed existing broken attic stairs and replaced with new stairs and trim. All done personally by Liam Neely and his assistant Kevin between the hours of 7:00am and 1:30pm (very quick). Clean up was thorough. BTW - Liam is one of the most pleasant guys that we've had come into this house to do work. Highly recommend his services."

"Phil coordinated and supervised the entire roof repair and shingling of our 200 year old house. He then stripped the clapboards to bare wood, replaced broken clapboards as well as soft wood behind some of them, before applying 3 coats of paint to the entire house. Phil told us up front that he took his time to do it right and would not be applying paint within three days of it raining., to ensure there would be no moisture under the paint. The work was done meticulously, with care taken to avoid any spillage or leftover material. I wish I could provide some photos to show his work!"
