Brando made an initial trip to my house to assess my situation. I had to have a new water heater installed. Brandon took his time and thoroughly investigated the existing situation. He spent plenty of time explaining what needed to be done and provided me with three separate estimates based on what i was able to spend on the project, still providing an excellent solution. He was amazing! When we finally decided on the work we needed to have done, it was scheduled immediately and i was lucky enough to have Brandon return to complete the work. He is courteous, knowledgeable and is a great customer service representative for BGC. As a single mother, Brandon made me feel comfortable to be alone in the house with, and explained everything he would be doing. He is a rock star and an asset to this company. "John and his assistant were super responsive from the beginning: inspecting the job site, planning and scheduling, applying for the permits, starting and finishing the job pretty much on time. Our case was a special case since it needed special permits and involved a lot of legal representation with the city. They were very helpful throughout the process of getting us ready for the permits. His work started right on time and he finished on time. He kept the site clean as we were living in the building while he worked on the basement. Was very professional in the work he did and they way he did it. Always consulted us on variations from the plan, was very flexible with our changes to the plan. Everything was cleaned after the job was done and the whole project went very smoothly. He did great job (woodwork) on a minibar and shelves he made for us. Rest of the work including the parts that his subcontractors did went smooth and came our great! I have been using the basement for about 4-5 month now and have had no issues. I recommended him already to a few of the close friends. Great experience!"
