They were great. Got an estimate rapidly, were able to start the job fairly quickly. Were very careful to protect the work area and did a top notch cleanup.

Unfortunately, we found that the lower level of our house was covered in asbestos tile and both the bathrooms and kitchen had sheet linoleum flooring containing asbestos. Soriano was professional and extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. They answered all of our questions and shared all the test results with us. We received all the appropriate ceritifications as well. During the entire process, there were no surprises. I will definitely do business with them again in the future. Thanks!

They did fine except for changing the price on me a couple times which I didn't like. There was damage to the roof and they wanted to repair it.

Adrian was very prompt in responding to our request for quotes. Charlie, Carlos, and the team did a fabulous job with the work. The project ended up being much more difficult than they estimated, with the flooring adhesive being very difficult to remove. Instead of taking one day, the project rolled into two days and required more specialized equipment than anticipated. The crew worked very hard to ensure that the floor was cleared of any remaining adhesive and met the inspector's requirements. Soriano Environmental was very professional about the job, and even though they quoted us less than the job actually ended up costing, they did not increase the price. They were a great group to work with, and kept us updated throughout the project. We would definitely hire them again.

The job went very well. I own an old quirky house and Adrian and his crew went above and beyond to ensure they were able to remove as much vermiculite as possible from some tough to access areas.

GREAT!! Thank you Adrian for the great service. My attic has never been this clean. He explained at the beginning that there is always the chance of the ceiling cracking from the weight of the workers (which happens in older plastered homes). Thank fully we had no accidents. will be recommending Mr. Soriano to my friends and family.

Excellent! Adrian accomodated my schedule, and even came out on a Sunday. He explained everything that needed to be done, then gave me a very fair price. His crew showed up at the scheduled time, and were very professional and respectful of my home and neighborhood. They did everything without cutting corners, and not only removed every spec of asbestos, but left my basement cleaner that they found it. The inspector commented on how good these guys were. I was left with all the proper paperwork, and complete piece of mind. It is a stressful and expensive operation, and I am so glad I came across Adrian and his family. I have recommended him to my father-in-law (no small thing:-), and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

Excellent job

The guys worked really hard; they showed up by 5am every morning so they could work in our extremely hot attic in the middle of the summer. There were a few issues during and after the work, including a damaged ceiling they paid to fix and paint, and because they forgot to replace an attic vent, a bat got into the living quarters of the house, causing the new owners to have to undergo a series of shots and tests, which Soriano also reimbursed them for. Both were avoidable problems that caused major inconvenience. However, Adrian agreed to take on the work when no one else would do it for months (and the work had been promised to the buyers before closing), wrapped up the house really well during the project, cleaned up after themselves every day, and overall priced the job fairly. Testing by an outside inspector went very well, and that was ultimately what mattered.

It went extremely well. Very clean and very professional. Not the cheapest price however I rather pay a little more to have things done right. Especially when you are dealing with a toxic material. They had the air quality tested by a an independent contractor.

Adrian is possibly the most responsive contractor I've ever worked with.  He was in constant contact with me via phone, e-mail, and text before, during and after the job.  I'm not an easy person to work with/for, but Adrian was completely professional and friendly from start-to-finish and went the extra mile to keep me informed (he even sent me pics of the job site at various stages to keep me updated).  He strikes me as an honest and fair guy, and his prices were in-line with expectations.  He showed up every time he said he would (sometimes on very short notice), even on weekends, evenings, or early mornings, on-time and without complaint.  He told me again and again that he wasn't happy unless I was happy, and I believe him.  I'd hire him again and I've recommended him to my neighbors and friends.
