Water Treatment Solutions, Inc., is a family owned and operated business that has been serving Rhode Island for over 18 years. We specialize in water treatment and only water treatment. From sales to service we have you covered. A few of the common problems we find in the area are hardness (white chalky build up), low ph (blue green staining), iron (orange/brown stains), sulfur (rotten egg odor), nitrates, manganese (black slime). We strive to treat customers the way we would want to be treated. We are fair and honest with our advice and are respectful of your time. We are here to help so give us a call.

Incredible service and experience with Jim (owner). Received a call back within a half hour of my search from Jim gave him a brief description of my issue. He scheduled me for a in home consultation for the following Monday and I called on Friday afternoon. Upon arrival which he showed up 10 min. early he came in took a look at my system and conducted a water test. Definitely had a iron issue so he went back down to reinspect system and waterflow. He identified a valve the shouldn't be open that allowed raw water to bypass the filter. Upon closing the valve he ran the water and retested problem solved. Jim easily could have recommended a new system and had me spending THOUSANDS of dollars but his honesty, integrity and professionalism prohibited that. Upon completion I asked for a bill and he declined payment stating i was 10 minutes up the street so just give me a call in the future with any needs. Hire this company and this man for all your water needs and feel comfortable your not getting taken for a ride. Jim Thank you and my wife thanks you now that she can wash her hair without concern. I had a difficult time finding someone to look at my water treatment system when it needed repair/replacement. I didn't know what was wrong with it, and I called numerous companies and was told by many that they only service systems that they sell. When I got in touch with Water Treatment Solutions, I was pleased that they scheduled an appointment right away, arrived on time, and replaced the worn parts quickly and reasonably priced. Didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need, and put me on their list for annual checkup. Extremely happy with every aspect of this experience.

Jim is a sweetheart, very understanding and sympathetic to a difficult situation. My water is extremely hard and very high in iron - it makes an absolute mess of everything. Jim was compassionate and a no nonsense sales person. I look forward to a long working relationship with him and his team. PS. He has to have been the only rep to walk thru my doors asking if he should remove his shoes. Gotta love him.
