"Everything went great and I would highly recommend RW Carpet and Flooring. Richard was prompt in getting back to me after purchasing the Angie's list deal. He made a quick appointment to come out to see the space and measure, and although he needed to re-schedule he called in advance to let me know. He accommodated my need to schedule for a Saturday morning and was flexible. Although the carpet/color choices were limited for the deal (something I wish had been a bit more explicit in the fine print) we ended up finding one that worked perfectly for this space. There was a small upcharge for it above the deal price, but he was very transparent and up front about everything so I knew exactly what I was paying for. His installers came a little late to the appointment, but once again were very professional about calling in advance to let me know. Once they arrived they worked hard and were very professional. It's been almost a week now and we love the new carpet and have noticed no problems with the quality or installation. It was overall a very good experience.

They quickly sent a person to look at the work required, then sent pictures of the repair needed and within minutes I received their quote. I found their quote very reasonable but waited a couple of days to receive other quotes. When I decided to go with NE Flooring, just prior to the busy July 4th weekend, they immediately sent a team to make the repair the next day. They were able to do an outstanding job in repairing the floor and matching the stain on my flooring.
