"Unique Hardwood floor resanded and refinished a small hallway of old home (early 1900s) with original wood floors. Good condition but a few rough patches. Unique floor quickly provided estimate and scheduled work. Estimate in line with others received. Floor looks great. Rough patch is much better. Would hire again."
