"Matthew from Sila was amazing. Not only did he leave what was a mess, super clean, he put in the time necessary to help make sure that all the changes I wanted were in place. New PVC to the sewer line, new extra tap for the vent I'll need next year, re-routed old drains to not only look better, but everything is now tighter-knit and well-organized. Even threaded rods to bracket the drain and valve so that the whole system doesn't shake when it shuts off. I am thoroughly impressed with the focus, the time, and the result. Sila's pricing is high, but in this case I am convinced that I got what I paid for... a system that I won't have to worry about one bit, for many many years to come."

"I came home from work to find all my drains were not draining. I tried some basic troubleshooting, but could not figure out the issue. I called heritage ( which was after hours). Within an hour, the technician Derek arrived, I gave all the information to him, and he started immediately. We narrowed it down to an issue with the septic. 10pm we are outside digging up the septic to get a look. Dereks knowledge and experience quickly identified the issue. The whole time he was friendly and informative. It didnâ t matter the time of night it was, he was determined to fix the issue. He was repairing in a way that would keep the cost down. Derek even took the effort to double check from the opposite end in my house to make sure it was up to his standards. The whole time he is sharing knowledge and explaining the cause and effects and how the system is designed. When the job was finished, we went over the invoice. I couldnâ t believe the price! For emergency service, and the work that was done, the price was extremely fair. I highly recommend heritage plumbing and heating, and of course Derek."
