New PVC to the sewer line, new extra tap for the vent I'll need next year, re-routed old drains to not only look better, but everything is now tighter-knit and well-organized. Even threaded rods to bracket the drain and valve so that the whole system doesn't shake when it shuts off. I am thoroughly impressed with the focus, the time, and the result. "I came home from work to find all my drains were not draining. I tried some basic troubleshooting, but could not figure out the issue. I called heritage ( which was after hours). Within an hour, the technician Derek arrived, I gave all the information to him, and he started immediately. We narrowed it down to an issue with the septic. 10pm we are outside digging up the septic to get a look. Dereks knowledge and experience quickly identified the issue. The whole time he was friendly and informative. It didnâ t matter the time of night it was, he was determined to fix the issue. He was repairing in a way that would keep the cost down. That rarely happens with contractors. Within 30 minutes, he had the main drain cleared from the house to the septic.
