He renovated the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting interior walls and trim throughout the unit and installing new shades throughout. He also plastered water-damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. On the exterior he replaced a rotted window frame and missing clapboards, then patched and painted the wall. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. "Usiel and two of his crew did a garden renovation job for our small condo association that required removing many overgrown bushes; digging up and saving multiple perennials; extensive soil prep for 12 small garden beds; and re-planting the saved perennials as well as many new bushes and perennials that I had purchased. Usiel was courteous, prompt, highly reliable, and pleasant to work with. The crew of three did the entire job in three and a half days. They worked hard! They were meticulous about cleaning up after each day of work. I supervised the actual planting, to determine plant locations as well as give planting instructions for certain plants. (That was fine, I didn't expect them to be master gardeners. ) Usiel's quote was higher than I had hoped for given our condo budget, but it was still lower than the other two companies that I had approached, so our budget expectations may have been unrealistic.
