Every phase of this project was well organized and managed, starting with the contracting negotiation phase. "Our existing bathroom was a half bathroom with sink vanity, toilet, washer and dryer. We needed to eliminate laundry equipment and add shower and closet in the space that was designated for a washer and dryer, and add outside venting. We also wanted to tile the whole bathroom up to the ceiling. The job was performed excellent and we are very happy with the choices we made. I am experienced in all aspects of residential construction, specializing in interior remodeling and custom built-in installation. I am willing to work with older homes, repairing ill-fitting doors and windows, squeaky stairs and floors, etc. I spent 6 years as a construction foreman in the film industry, and am always willing to take on creative or unusual projects. \n All my work is done in accordance with local building laws, and all jobs must have a contract signed by both parties before work can begin.
