"Leo of M&L Landscaping and Construction took a look at the job and knew it wasn’t going to be easy. He quoted and we ultimately agreed to go forward. I provided a down payment and about a week later he and his team arrived on site, manually excavated holes to pour concrete piers and poured the concrete. After cure time, his team installed Lally columns and necessary supporting beams and the job was done. Leo’s team stayed on task and were very committed to finishing the job professionally. Great, hard-working team and very professional."

"The Marcelo oversaw the entire project and worked with his team to ensure the best quality. We reviewed the whole project beforehand and agreed on all details. Then he gave us a proposed price which he achieved on time, exactly on the agreed price. The repair include some complex carpentry repair, much high-ladder work and detail painting. Everything was done perfectly.. Our final "punch-list" had only two small items which they took care of immediately. I strongly recommend PR Painting"
