He is trustworthy and is an excellent communicator and meets deadlines. I particularly value his directness and honesty in assessing the best approach to the work at hand and telling me what needs to be done immediately and what can be done later ( I have an older house). I never felt he pressured me to do more work than was needed. Mr. McCann takes great pride in the quality of his work and in treating his customers fairly."
