"Installed two heavy window air conditioners, lugging them up from garage under to first floor. Appt was scheduled for 9:30 am, called them at 10:15 and unfortunately the owner had had a very bad night with his mother in hospice care. Finally came at 11:20. They were willing to wear masks inside our house. Installation went very quickly and smoothly. They knocked $25 off their usual minimum hourly rate because of the delay. Very friendly, would definitely hire them again (and probably will for A/C removal in the Fall). Would have been 5 stars except for the arrival delay."
"Bertie was extremely responsive from the initial contact and through out the job. He came on Saturday morning to check out the job and give an estimate. He said he'd be there at 9, he was there at 8:55. We had to replace a bathroom ceiling fan, which caused damage to the old plaster/wire popcorn finish ceiling. It was a small job but he was fine with that. He was able to schedule the for Monday. He should up again early and set straight to work. He put down drop cloths in the bathroom, prepped the ceiling and started patching it up. He was professional, courteous, friendly and highly knowledgeable. We would highly recommend him and hope to use him again soon for another larger project. "
