"I had a problem with my chain link fences that had been hit and partially knocked over at the gate post in my driveway. I had contacted several companies that either didn't respond or look at it or didn't want to try to fix it. My daughter looked at Angie's and found a company that didn't run away. In fact, they brightened up the post, reattached the fencing, and had the gate swing on its hinges in one short afternoon. All without any damage whatsoever to my tree year old asphalt driveway. "Definitely made the right choice to use Fensu. Came down to a company that we used before and Fensu. Fensu bid was nearly half of the other company and the quality and materials were the same. Chris was patient as we had to get a sign off from our neighbors. Once that was completed, he got his team out to do the job. The crew was organized, courteous and skilled. The foreman talked the entire job through with me to confirm the scope prior to starting. Whenever a question came up during the process, they solicited my input to be sure it was done properly and to my satisfaction. They even fabricated a special piece of fence for the transition from existing to new fence to ensure out dog couldn't get out. "After paying our deposit for a fence install, we contacted the company over concerns that digsafe did not properly demarcate our underground electrical main that is in the vicinity of of the installation area (it was specifically mentioned in our contract that Reliable would handle). I dealt with a rude and confrontational customer service agent named Kelly Dineen, who told us that it wasn’t Reliable’s concern whether our utilities were affected in the install. Hopefully the Reliable install crew puts more pride in their work than Kelly does in hers, and hopefully we won’t encounter any issues where need customer support! Definitely would suggest looking elsewhere for your fence needs."

"Late most days, did not show up for agreed upon work days without notifying me, installed batches of defective grass sod and did not show up three times since for agreed to meetings to address defective grass, on text messages (does not answer calls when contact is over) blamed the manufacturer, then me… ( never bothered to check what problem was). During the work, P&F owner did not provide samples of stone to be installed as per contract and asked me to find these. I found them at supplier 2.5 miles from my home… The owner of P&F reinterpreted our contract to mean what he (as a non lawyer) thinks it means: one example was interesting and revealing: he does not think the law on 1 year warranties applies to him because he is a landscaper and not a contractor… I find that funny and indicative of his thinking. I caution anyone considering hiring P&F: this is not a professional outfit."

"We had Oscar come to to grade our yard and install a short retaining wall. The price was very reasonable and they were very friendly throughout the process. There were however some parts of the job that we were not super happy about. We asked to have the wall slightly extended after they started digging out, which added a small cost (the cost being totally understandable). The extended section of the wall however is not level at all with the rest of the wall. The biggest part that we were unhappy with was the fill used for the grading. Initially I noticed a large pile of concrete/debris being delivered in the yard. I specifically addressed this stating that we were not comfortable using that as fill given the small depth of the area. After being told it would not be used, we have noticed large (bigger than my head for size reference) pieces of asphalt, huge chunks of glass, and pieces of metal and plastic all throughout the area. To call any of that appropriate for "top soil" would be insane. With a dog and a toddler running around that area, the amount of glass is VERY dangerous. The overall area we had graded was large, but not very deep so all the stones, asphalt, glass, and other debris isn't buried very deep down at all and large surface area."
