"I was told that the fee to simply come into my house to assess my furnace (that was not working) would be $260 on a Wednesday afternoon... and I was told this fee would not be absorbed into the work if I chose to have it done. If this company charges such an exorbitant assessment fee, I could only believe they would inflate other fees as well. I hired another local company for half that fee to assess then repair my furnace. Shame on Heritage Home Service."

He spent around 30 minutes on that lowsy job and charged me $525.00. I contacted him on 11/02 and he promised that he would be back on 11/03 at 8 am to fix it but he never showed up or contacted me. I tried to text him and got the message "Sorry, this service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later" . I just don't get it how professionals like that even have access to Angi's."
