I would not recommend this business at all. Ive never been more disappointed. He was very eager to get to my house and give a quote and said he would be out in a few days to complete the job. I signed the contract. We scheduled a time and I took time out of work for him to not be prepared with the parts. He rescheduled for the following week and the day of I was told he cannot make it due to an emergency job. We rescheduled for the next available time and he completed half the job. I paid most of the amount then spent weeks asking when he could come back and he kept scheduling dates but canceling day of due to emergency jobs. When I questioned him, he claimed his business was an emergency business. This was not told to me upfront. After 3 weeks of getting nowhere, I had to contact an alternate business that knew this guy. The alternate business contacted Drain Defense and he finally came out. When he arrived, he completed half of what was left of the job then forgot more hardware to complete the job. He had to come back later that evening to finish the job. He ended up stripping out the hardware breaking one of the screws in my concrete. I brought it up to him and he did not care. I expressed by disappointment and he said nothing. He was just waiting for the remainder of the money. Additionally, he never masked off the area although it was part of the quote and in photos that he shared of previous jobs. You might be wondering about all the 5 star reviews with my 1 star review. Well he offers $50 back to give a review.

I gave Drain Defence 5 stars because they were the only company out of 4 responding to my need to repair a drain pipe on my mobile home. Heniek called within a few minutes of putting in my request for a plumber. he came out when he said he would and fixed the problem as he said he would. The job was done correctly. I will be sure to call them again if I need a plumber again.

I was not expecting a 5:30am phone call to set up an appointment. But thank God he did. Everything from that point was excellent. They arrived ahead of time, diagnosed the problem and with a agreement fixed the problem. I couldn't be happier with the professionalism, friendly and expertise of service. This provider does not have a license to work in the City of Worcester and obviously had no intention of doing anything other than charging me $500 for an estimate. He never mentioned that the estimate would cost anything and waited until the end to ambush me -- no work done, charged $500 for an estimate which he never sent me. The City has a vetting process to get a license and then requires a $5000 cash bond and additional $5000 for the job to be done. I have heard nothing back from Drain Defense in over a month. I would never have been introduced to this company and I certainly wouldn't have given him any money if it weren't fot the endorsement of Ange's List

Very professional and did an awesome job. They explained the issue so I could understand and explained what future maintenance would look like. Definitely will use them again. Fairly priced as well.

Henry didn't show up at 5:00 appointment November 11th, we rescheduled for 8 am on November 12th and he didn't show up again. No phone calls either time. hhow unprofessional can you get??? So disgusted

I was highly impressed with the whole experience. My appointment was set up quickly. Henry was punctual, friendly and professional. He answered all my questions cheerfully and completely. His work was thorough and excellent. I asked an unrelated question, and to my surprise, he fixed that too. Highly recommend.

It just happens that the person that I did use was from Holyoke & Holyoke customers got a better rate then other people, simply because he liked to keep his work in Holyoke. That is the only reason I didn’t use Wykowski. Otherwise, I would have used them. It was a sizeable discount to be a Holyoke citizen. Wykowski did not charge me for the estimate. The estimate was very good. In fact, they responded within a half a day. Someone was in the area, so they just came down. His estimate was where I expected it to be.
