"We hired Tao about 6 years ago to replace the carpet in two rooms (study/large family room) and 2nd floor with pre-finished hardwood. We were pleased with the entire process from the quick turnaround on the proposal--got it before he left our house-- to the installation process and complete cleanup. Because of our earlier experience we reached out to Tao again when it was time to sand/refinish our entire first floor. We also had very worn areas by the kitchen sink and by our dog food/water dished that needed replacement. Application of the polyurethane during refinishing can be impacted by wet/rainy weather so it's important to work with someone who takes that into account. We used movers that Tao recommended --including moving our upright piano-- and were very pleased with them.
