Great communication! They did a really nice job laying new wood floor and perfectly refinishing existing wood floor in an adjoining room to match. They also covered asbestos tiles with floating vinyl floor. Very professional and highly trustworthy! We will hire them again when we get to our basement!

Max was very observant of details related to the floors. He was thorough in explaining the different options such as water based or polyurethane finish. He had a great sense of overall aesthetics and his advice was very helpful. Max replaced flooring in several areas and the floors look beautiful!!!

Max came to give me an estimate and explained what all my choices were. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate and truly cares about his clients. Max and his crew did a BEAUTIFUL job. My carpets had been down over 40 years. When they were done, they looked like brand new floors. The workers were on time, pleasant and cleaned up in a timely fashion. They worked 8:00-5:00 just stopping for lunch. They were a dedicated group of guys wanting to do a good job.

I had originally wanted to expose and restore the oak floor in the kitchen. When Max arrived he immediately saw that I had a problem. He explained that the tiles and adhesives covering the hidden oak underneath contained asbestos and walked me through the alternative and all the benefits of a floating vinyl plank floor. He is a rare breed - the ultimate gentleman, kind, patient, and so knowledgeable. He is an excellent communicator and very eager to provide you with the best possible experience. He and Rick, a member of the Luxe team, have created a beautiful thing. Rick's attention to the finishing details is outstanding. Did I mention neat and clean? All the leftover stock, packaging, and debris was taken away. The only thing left behind was a lovely new floor. They are flooring "SuperStars" - definitely deserving a 10 star rating if it were possible. I will definitely call Max for any future floor refinishing projects.

Max knew exactly what type of finish and sealer we needed for floors. His men worked their rear ends of and was always careful while working with the equipment and out walls. When it came to sealing off rooms with plastic to prevent dust going in some areaâ s they had it sealed off like a biolab. They also did a great job of cleaning up. I have already recommended them to family and friends

All contractors should be as skilled and organized as Max and the team at Luxe Flooring. Luxe Flooring recently refinished all the wood floors in my house and I can honestly say it was the best part of the renovation. I was able to quickly schedule an estimate with Max, who was very thorough, taking time to understand what I wanted, asking important questions, and providing a wealth of information. Communication was excellent throughout the process, with Max raising any issues before they became a problem. Max was also proactive during the job itself, replacing water-damaged boards and patching as necessary. The absolute best part of the work is the results. Absolutely impeccable! Every square inch is perfectly sanded and coated, including large open rooms, stairs, and the tightest of spaces. People comment that the floors look brand newâ ¦ and they are right! Did I mention they are fairly priced? Consider this a strong recommendation for Luxe Flooring.

I would use Luxe again without hesitation and I highly recommend them. Max is a very good listener and communicator. He is straightforward and honest. He makes it clear right from the start that his goal is to satisfy the customer. He went over every detail in depth to make sure the final result would be exactly what I wanted. He did that all before he gave me the price quote. No hidden charges, no surprises. He was prompt to every appointment and he was always reachable by phone and email. At the last minute I asked him to do some extra threshold remodeling work that was beyond the scope of the agreed upon work. He did it, with excellent craftsmanship and all for a marginal cost. The floor is over 100 years old and previously had a yellowing urethane finish. This latest Luxe sanding is probably the last before the floor is retired. I asked Max to go as light as he could on the sanding. I also chose the Bona HD Traffic, clear urethane. The final result was fully to my satisfaction. It completely transforms the space, is an enormous improvement and very attractive. Upon very close inspection, with just the right angle of light reflection, it is possible to see a little floor flatness waviness in some areas. Certainly not enough to be noticeable to any but the most critical observers and does not take away from my satisfaction with the quality of the work. This most likely is due to the previous yellowing urethane covering up some existing flatness details of the floor.

Max's Team holds highest standard when comes to quality and customer satisfaction. I hire them for hardwood flooring installation over staircase, hallway and laundry room and refinishing a large area of 1st floor. They charged very reasonable price, and completed the project on time after adding half day to fix my staircase's railings and posts. They are detail focused, and provide solutions that are very cost effective. I was short of a floor nose and couldn't find it in store. they went extra miles and found one piece for me (despite driving back and forth, they wanted to make sure the best match). They did extra molding, replaced a based board, and installed new hardware for closet doors at no extra charge. The level of details and quality of the job way exceeded my expectation. Also I love the lighter color of refinished floor using water-based paint, not only less odor, it looks very modern. I plan on going back to them for all my future flooring projects in the future.

When our beautiful wood floors were damaged by a slow, invisible leak, Max and his crew restored our home to its full glory. Very professional and efficient, they did a spectacular job and were especially helpful when I stranded a U-Haul on my back lawn (long story).
