"The Project was a complete success from start to finish! Elias, the Project Manager was excellent. We had a major problem with a roof that was leaking . We had several contractors come to look at the roof for estimates. Elias spent the most time of any of the contractors viewing and evaluating the roof and siding as well as the inside of the house where the water was leaking into and discussed the project with the President of Beantown. He was excellent at explaining what needed to be done. It was not your average "roof job" as the roof abutted a large chimney and the room under the roof was cold and drafty. He was very patient with me as I had many questions about the project. Janice, the Office Manager, was courteous and always available from start to finish. The roofing team was very professional and did an excellent job. They also added the appropriate insulation, new siding to the house by the roof, gutters and appropriate flashing. The roof not only looks great, but the room beneath the roof is no longer drafty and there are no leaks. His team cleaned up after the project was completed such that you wouldn't even know they were there. Elias was so professional and he even contacted us after the first rainstorm to make sure that everything was fine. The Office Manager, Janice sent the Roof Warranty to me right away. "We had a pretty bad roof leak that destroyed a large section of ceiling and all of the insulation above it. JR and his crew could not have been better to work with. I honestly can't rate them high enough. They handled the whole project from roof repairs to water and mold mitigation, new insulation and sheetrock for the ceiling, and final painting and clean up. He and his crew were responsive, prompt, went above and beyond to perform high quality work without cutting any corners, and in the end left my house cleaner than it usually was even before the leak. Their business card is on my fridge and I will be using them for any work I need done on the house in the future. If they are available you should definitely hire these guys."
