We could not be happier and highly recommend Paul J Cazeault & Sons in Osterville. Seamus Cazeault did a quick turn time on the estimate, which was reasonably priced considering the extent of the work, including interior frame reinforcements, removing four layers of shingles, new sheathing, new plyboard, various repairs to fix the roof that had leaked for decades and repairs to the spire. We got regular updates on when the work would start. The two on-site roofers, Sean and Danny “the new guy” were artists as they cut trapezoids and triangular pieces to form a new dome over the rotted base, and then cut each strip of shingles to take the curves properly. They cared about doing a good job and were a joy to watch. They arrived early and cleaned up at the end of each day during the month-long project. This is a professional outfit.

Very responsive and professional.  All questions were answered promptly.  Estimate was detailed and professional.  Work was high quality.  I was not present when work was performed, but neighbor sent me emails expressing how impressed he was with the work and crew.

Went very well. Quality of construction was very good. Estimate was true. Once they started the project they completed it in a reasonable time. They just were a little late getting started.

Two day job to remove old and install new roof and Skylights, arrived early cleaned up each day, especially the old nails which concerned us as we have three dogs and several grand children

Mike and his crew were super nice; reliable; punctual; professional; helpful; fast; accurate.
They installed my roof about a decade ago and did a great job.
This time around, I used them to replace an old skylight and remove an old satellite dish on the roof.
The skylight was more than just a standard install as the original one was not a standard size and was a kind that is no longer made. So they had to make framing adjustments to fit the new unit.
These folks know what they're doing and they do it well!
Would definitely highly recommend them.

It was great. Their quality of work was impeccable. The customer service was phenomenal. They were careful to only take off as much roof as they could replace in that day. They were very thorough about keeping the work zone clean on a daily basis. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Cazeault was one of three estimates we got for a new roof. We had specified a particular brand and kind of roof shingles and they were the only ones who actually wrote it in the estimate. Their estimate was the middle one we received but we went with them because of that detailed estimate and the fact they were easy to get in touch with. Every time we called we either got right through or got a timely call back. We were told the job would be done in two or three weeks, but they started before that. They finished in two days and the men who did the job were hardworking and efficient. They cleaned up completely each day and hardly took any breaks. We are very pleased that the whole thing went so smoothly and highly recommend Cazeault.

It was beyond expectations. Not only did they do the job as agreed, they had quality help in doing it and they did it quickly. They cleaned up every day at the end of the day.

On their professionalism, they came in with a boom boxes playing Spanish music, this is an upper income area, and it was very embarrassing.  My mom was in her 80’s and she could not tell them anything.  We didn’t expect that kind of stuff from a supposedly professional and respectable roofing company.  Another reason why we weren’t happy was, they didn’t do anything with the flashing around the chimney, and we were under the impression that the flashing would be replaced.  All they did was use the same flashing.  There was no talk about them not doing it.  We had to bring in another company, spend another couple of hundreds to do the flashing.  They didn’t really respond very much to the problem with the flashing.
