"Despite careful research to find and hire builders/remodelers to do a variety of jobsâ a kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, and farmer's porch addition, to name a fewâ we have always been frustrated with the process and/or disappointed with the results. However, this is not the case with Joe Perullo! Joe and his team are AMAZING as they completed a new master bath, a new master closet, an outdoor shower, and a basement remodel! 1. Joeâ s communication is clear and frequent. He informed us of the plan and the timing of it and followed through with the plan. 2. Joe is a great listener. He understood what our vision for these projects was and he made the vision a reality. 3. Joe is committed to ensuring the customer is satisfied with the result. He didn't charge us and helped us out as the All Gutters Inc who Ecmr used for our gutters, wanted $150 to make the cut. Dave brought all the right tools and was pleasant as he repaired their work.
