"We hired Bel Islands Home Improvement to strip off the existing roof and replace/recoat it. The roof had two distinct sections: a large section of conventional asphalt shingles and a smaller section of rolled asphalt roofing. The scope of the large section included stripping the old shingles and replacing with subroofing and new asphalt shingles. Andrie Yamalovitch brought in a crew and completed those tasks in one day. The rolled roof was deemed to be in decent condition and could accept a rubberized coating. Andrei returned a few months later to complete that task. Note that since it was a liquid product it was necessary to wait until the warmer months. Overall, Bel Islands Home Improvement proceeded with the project in a professional and courteous manner and was a pleasure to deal with, and all at a fair price. I would recommend Bel Islands Home Improvement for any roofing project."

"I love my beautiful new roof. Beantown was amazing. Price was reasonable, arrived exactly when they said they would. Old double roof was off and new roof on in 7 hours. The crew was great cleaned up everything. I highly recommend Beantown."

"Very prompt and organized. Andrea came out during the day while they were working on the roof to check on progress and to see if there were any questions. She also followed up by email to see if we had any questions and was very transparent on the extra cost of having to replace some of the decking. Will definitely use them again in the future if need be!"

"They did a fantastic job. From one of the owners, Nathan who came to my house, surveyed my roof and gave me a no nonsense quote to the crew of workers who replaced my roof it was A+ all the way. Paul’s crew was very organized and worked methodically to complete each section of my roof. They cleaned up after themselves every day and left my property spotless when they were finished. I absolutely recommend them for your project."
