"I love my beautiful new roof. Beantown was amazing. Price was reasonable, arrived exactly when they said they would. Old double roof was off and new roof on in 7 hours. The crew was great cleaned up everything. I highly recommend Beantown."
Home exterior makeover. New roof using Owens Corning Trudefinition Duration in Onyx Black. New vinyl siding with Certainteed Monogram in Midnight Blue with White trim. New deck in AZEK Island Oak decking. New Harvey slider. New Thermatru doors.
Deck Upgrade in Halifax, MA. Old deck boards were removed and new AZEK decking in Island Oak with Premier White railings were installed.

Final photo. We stripped the existing roof and removed the heat wire. We inspected the roof deck for rotted wood and replaced. Next we installed Owens Corning Roofing System including Trudefinition Duration Shingles in Onyx Black. Heat wire was reinstalled.
Stripped existing siding and replaced any rotted wood. Installed Henry Blueskin water barrier underlayment. Next we installed James Hardie fiber cement smooth plank siding in Monterey Taupe. New homeowner painted PVC rake boards and fascia were also installed along with new gutters in Eggshell.

"I had a leak that can be seen from a ceiling. Called several roofing companies and got no reply back. Used home advisor and have Andrea called me and scheduled the visit promptly for Freddy to come and check the leak. Freddy was very professional, identified the leak that was due to improper seal of one of the skylights and fixed it right away. He also checked my other skylights and some had the same problem which he fixed. Freddy checked my roof for issues and provided tips for maintenance so it can last long. Definitely will recommend Global Home Improvement, Inc as a honest and very professional company !"

"This is a great company!  From the first meeting with Dana Sr. through to the completion of the project, everyone from Carefree was professional, efficient, friendly, and thorough.  I have a very long ranch style home that we anticipated would take a few days to re-roof. My yard didn't look like anything had happened as it was as cleaned up beautifully.  Dana gave me his recommendations for the roof colors, a list of installs to look at so that I could see them, and I took his first suggestion.  It's beautiful!  I would and have gone back to them for other projects and will continue to.  This is the type of company you go to in order to have a long term relationship with can-do contractors who are honest and reliable.  Love them!!"
