"They came on time (within the window) and went straight to work. One person went on the roof to inspect the outside of the chimney, and the cover. The other came inside and cleaned out the ashes on the floor of the fireplace. 5 Star also did the actual sweeping. Afterwards they vacuumed all around the fireplace, and provided me with a written estimate for work to the inside and out of the chimney.
