"Drew is meticulous with his craft. The tile in our bathroom shower was laid out with amazing precision, spacing the tile cuts perfectly symmetrical around the drain. He installed a double wide shower niche that coordinated with our floor tile. The wall tiles were cut and applied perfectly. We originally contracted to just replace our walk-in shower but were surprised that the old shower installation was done improperly and had caused severe water damage to the plywood subfloor that extended beyond the shower to the floor. We then contracted with him to replace the floor. The floor was installed with radiant heat wiring below and came out beautifully. Drew is professional and pleasant, maintained a clean and safe work site and kept us informed every step of the way. We are extremely pleased with the quality and beauty of our new shower and floor. We are happy to have found and hired a true craftsman."

1. 1. All electrical work was performed quickly and efficiently. The installation of all lights and fixtures was done with care and precision. I would say that the speed was impressive since he managed to replace old fixtures and install new ones withing minutes. The manner in which the whole operation is really customer friendly. He walked with me and took notes on every single issue that I needed help with and wanted to establish the budget first before moving to job performance. 

2. Plumbing: I've had an issue with stuck pipes in one of my commercial kitchen for years. After dealing with a few other companies that used all sorts of sophisticated equipment including cameras inside the drain which ended up costing thousands of dollars I was lucky enough to be referred to Jedson Home Maintenance by a friend. He used common sense rather then equipment and within half an hour he accomplished more then 3 companies tried to achieve within a week. After solving that issue for me I trusted him with any plumbing job afterwards and he never disappointed.  Faucet replacement and installation on a at least 3 hand sinks was performed quickly and cheaply. My 3 bay sink and commercial dishwasher had drain issues. Jedson cut and replaced the pipe and provided venting to the machine and thus solving  the issue.



3. Carpentry: He constructed liquor shelving behind my new bar, installed molding and performed the staining and finishing. Within 1 day and a half 7 plywood sheets transformed into beautiful shelving and spot lights, beautiful stain and finish."

Jean called within hours of my request on Angies List, came the next day to measure and estimate a price for the wall and floor prep and all tile and grout installation as well as a quote for a custom shower door. The price was very reasonable and he explained the Schluder System products he would use to back the wall tiles and floor for complete waterproofing. We supplied our own tile but he brought everything else. His workers put up the backer board in the shower stall, poured the mud bed in the shower, levelled the bathroom floor and put down cement board in one day. The workers were at our house between 630 and 700am every day and worked til 6pm or later for the time it took to complete the bathroom. They used a laser leveler so the subway tiles in the shower stall are perfectly placed and centered. The bathroom floor and shower stall look amazing. We're so glad Jean and his crew did this project for us. We would hire them again without reservation and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work."
