"The two guys that work for Callahan Excavation showed at 8:00 AM sharp.  The found where the septic tank cover was using a metal detector.  Using a large propane torch they heated the ground to soften it.  Then they took an electric jackhammer and dug up the ground exposing the cover.
These guys knew what they were doing and they were there for about an hour.  They helped me out and I am happy to leave this review.

"I had a very difficult situation I needed to have a septic replacement in a very short period of time in order for the sale of my house to go through. Jim and his crew were outstanding in thier workmanship and efforts. In fact my nieghbors could not get over how quick and how well everthing looked at the end of the job. We were able to close on time which saved my family a great deal of money. I would highly recommend Jim and Kellett excavating for any type of work. "My hose pipe was frozen and I had a flood in the basement. Tony sent a plumber over right away who replaced the broken pipe and figured out & fixed the issue that made it freeze in the first place. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely use Tony again."

"Takes for ever to get a return a call. Also took a week to get someone out for repairs. They said they would reimburse me for septic repairs and it took over 3 months for that to happen."

To maintain your drain field, avoid heavy vehicle traffic and plant shallow-rooted vegetation in the area. Most importantly, invest in routine inspections and maintenance to detect and address issues early.
