Established in 1966, Policy Well & Pump Company, Inc. has been serving Southern New Hampshire and the Massachusetts North Shore. Since its founding, Policy Well & Pump has become a recognized leader in providing professional service to meet the various water well needs of residents, businesses and municipalities. Excellent! Came out right away, assessed the problem quickly, explained it thoroughly (what happened, not exactly how it could have occurred), and worked diligently towards a fix. And the two gentlemen were extremely friendly, and professional; made us feel comfortable and secure (that all would be done for the greatest resolution). Also provided a full assessment of our system, to prevent an emergency issue.

Policy Well has done so much more than just water treatment They have done everything from deep in my well from 400 feet to 725 feet put top of the line pump and set up all the mechanicskthey have done everything from deep in my well from 400 feet to 725 feet put top of the line pump and set up all the mechanical equipment needed to go with ie. Bladder tanks sediment remover pressure increaser surge suppressor to protect the pump against electrical shorts and lightning strikes water softener etc. literally there is nothing they donâ  t get involved in that has to do with domestic water and they do it right the first time never found a better company!! The guys came out, a few days prior, looked the job over, and gave us a reasonable estimate. I set up an appointment, they came out, did a great job, took me credit card for the agreed amount, and left. Again, great job on a reasonable estimate. Punctual on both occasions (estimate and work), and polite. Glad to recommend them.

Our well pump failed during the night and I called first thing to schedule the service. I was given a quote over the phone and the guys were out within a few hours. I'm pretty familiar with the system and they did a great job explaining the work to be done. Unfortunately the scope of the work increased, raising the price, due to our pump wiring and plastic piping being in bad shape. The additional work was clearly necessary. The guys explained the pros and cons of changing/not changing it, so I was good with that. I was up and running within a few hours and now all is good. I appreciate the fast and friendly service and highly recommend Policy!

I called on a Sunday and had technicians at our house promptly on Monday morning. The technicians were knowledgeable and professional. We also appreciated a follow up email after we received the results of the water test. We also use this company for annual maintenance and are happy with their service.

They had to come back out about 2 weeks later to replace failed parts, for what we spent (almost $7000, which was ALOT higher than most), so that leaves me questioning the quality of the system.

The gentleman who answered the phone at Policy Well and Pump walked me through the startup of my well pump after a power outage so I was able to fix it myself while on the phone with him. Problem solved. The guy at Policy was AWESOME!
